Rob McDoniel
Founder – Principal
Rob moved to Bucks County, PA in late 2016 after serving as a Captain and logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps. He started his private sector career in an entry-level operations role at a local freight forwarding company. At that time, he set two goals – 1. become Vice President of that company; and 2. earn an MBA from a top-rated business school. In 2022, he achieved both – he was promoted to VP and graduated with an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. These experiences fostered a strong drive to become a business owner.
Rob and his wife, Heather, planted their family’s roots in Chalfont, PA, happily raising their two young children in Bucks County. Rob is excited to apply his skill set to entrepreneurial endeavors by acquiring and operating a well-established business that he can steward for the long term in the community he calls home — not as a financial buyer looking for a quick flip, but as an owner-operator invested in building on the seller’s legacy.
