East Penn Capital LLC (EPC) was founded as an investment entity in 2025 to find and acquire small to medium sized businesses providing essential services in the greater Philadelphia area, with a particular emphasis on Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The founder is a US Military Veteran and is passionate about business and leadership.
He was inspired to acquire and operate a business while attending the MBA program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. EPC is motivated and committed to responsibly steward a great local company into its next stage of ownership and growth for the long term.
